NFL Draft: Updated Bears draft picks for 2023, 2024 and 2025

The Chicago Bears made the move to give up their first round draft pick to the Carolina Panthers for multiple draft picks.
The move by the Bears — relinquishing their first draft pick to the Panthers — changes the look of Chicago’s draft order.
Thanks to the trade, Chicago acquired the 2023 first and second round picks. Chicago also received a 2024 first-round pick and a 2025 second-round pick to move up eight spots, from ninth pick to first pick in the draft. The Bears also managed to acquire wide receiver DJ Moore from the Panthers.

General Manager Ryan Pauls has a lot to be proud of, as he put Chicago in a position to not only pick a player in the top 10 of the NFL draft this year, but possibly receive another top pick in the 2024 bid. DJ Moore is also a Pro Bowl player -caliber a team can build a wide receiver corps around.
Ultimately, this is a vote of confidence for Justin Fields, currently a Chicago quarterback. Fields was mentioned in trade rumors earlier this season, but will eventually stay with the Bears as a promising young passer who now has a No. 1 wide receiver growing with him.
